Revit can set constraints including locking dimensions to a set offset or to define an equality relationship between several items. This is achieved with a dimension object and toggle with the EQ icon which becomes visible once the dimension is selected.

Once equalised the dimension displays an EQ tag rather than the actual dimension. Sometimes however it is required to show the actual measurement. This can be done by right clicking the dimension and choose toggle EQ display. The equalise constraint is still applied, however it shows the individual bay sizes rather than the Equalise tag.
