It is all too easy to rely on your password manager or use the “Remember Me”, but in cases of setting up a new PC or using a different computer this document may come in handy.
If you need to download the latest version of Cymap, your PC will remind you if there is a later version available than you have installed on your computer.
If Cymap has not previously been installed, please try the following:
- Type cadline.co.uk into your browser address bar, not the search box.
- Enter your login details. N.B. We do not store passwords, but you are given an opportunity to change when logging in, should you not remember.
- Go directly to the Download section.
- Download Cymap 2020 Update #1
- Right click and choose Run as administrator to Install Cymap 2020 Update #1on all PC's likely to be used for Cymap.
- As long as the number of simultaneous users allowed in your contract is not exceeded, you can install and run on as many different PC's as you want.
