If you have the datasheet of the new building material to hand then you can simply add the material details to the materials database. When you are happy with the inputs, save and apply the insulation board to the U-value program such as below:
In the below wall element, you can swap the existing insulation board to the new insulation board just added.
You will need to make sure you have selected insulation in the material category in the correct DBM file.
