The DynamicMaps WebGIS – MapThat – is used to help many of our clients interrogate and analyse their spatial assets. One of the core tasks it performs is to maintain complex spatial datasets, such as Planning Applications and Grounds Maintenance Plots.
What if you want to:
- Update an existing record to draw new Geometry, but you don’t want to have to delete the original record and start again?
- Implement integrity checks so that users cannot create records with the same unique values?
- Or maybe you do want your users to create records with the same values because more than 1 feature can have the same Plot/Planning App Ref?
Using the new tools available in MapThat you can do all of these!
