How can I initiate the “Hyperlink” dialogue box?
Answer
Press CRTL + K you can now select an object or objects you wish to link to an external file, press enter and the hyperlink dialogue will be displayed you can now browse for the required file to link to the selected objects. The “Hyperlink” command can also be located Data Panel of the Insert tab on the Ribbon menu.
