Sometimes the co-ordinate display appears to be locked and only changes when a new point is picked on screen, how can I display a continuous co-ordinate update?
Answer
The co-ordinates have been temporary locked and only display the co-ordinates as picked on screen, by left mouse clicking in the co-ordinate display area in the status line or using the key combination of CTRL+I which will release the temporary lock and display a continual co-ordinate update. In older versions of AutoCAD this was controlled by the “F6” key, however the “F6” key now toggles the Dynamic UCS on and off.
