Question
Why are some information bubbles missing information in MapThat?
Answer
|
Here are the top reasons why a field of information may be missing from the MapThat Information Bubble: |
| > Ensure the field has been defined and spelt correctly in the bubble html base |
| > Add the field into the Layer Attribute options, by generating it from the source file e.g. SQL database |
| > Ensure that the 'DB Column' name is spelt correctly in the Layer Attribute list |
| > Tick the 'Show in Bubble' option for each field that you wish to view |
| > The field must also be retrieved in the SQL statement that creates the layer. So if you have a layer that only selects certain fields, ensure that this is listed |
| > As a general rule, ensure that the fields in your database tables do not have spaces in them |
