When using the MapThat Scale Print tool I get the following error message:

This error message means that the Scale Print scripts have failed to make a connection to the MapThat Database to find the new print job. The likely reason for this will be an incorrect connection parameter in the SCALEPRINT.py file.
The DBString connection in the ScalePrint.py file is used to connect to the MapThat Database to find new jobs, and then use the MapThat Control tables to generate the output files. If however the connection string is incorrect e.g. the Database Name, Password or Username are wrong, then when you run the MTScalePrint.BAT file, the Database Login Failed message is returned. Also ensure that the DB Driver listed matches those available on the Server e.g. SQL Server Native Client 11.0
Make corrections to the DB String in the ScalePrint.PY file and the Scale Print will run as expected.
