Question:
How can you hide other map layers when you are using the MapThat Drawing Tools?
Answer:
If you forget to hide any of your data layers and you open the Drawing tools in MapThat, you now don’t have to exit the Drawing tools and untick those layers!
For example, we wish to edit the Liverpool Planning Apps layer, but we already have the BLPU, Grass Verges and Listed Buildings layer shown,.. and it is now difficult to see where we need to digitise!
The Drawing Tools in MapThat now have an Opacity Slider for the Other Map Layers. Using this new tool, we can change the transparency value to 0% and those other map layers will now be invisible!
