Question:
Within the DynamicMaps Address & Street Management Application can you set a default of how many records are shown in each Table ?
Answer:
Having chosen the Addresses menu…
… the main page updates to show you a table of all the Address records in your LLPG. By Default, the number of records on that page can be 25, 50, 100 etc… here the value is set to 25.
If you wish to change the default value, this can be done in the Administration options. From the left choose Administration > Reference Codes and search on the keyword – pagination.
Having ran the search, this will return the Reference Code below, which defines the default number of returned records on the page.
Choose the edit pencil…
… and then change the value as required e.g. 50 and then press the green tick to save the change.
Now if we open the Addresses Table, the table opens with the first 50 records shown by default.
This change has also been auto applied to all Show tables, for example on the BLPU and Streets table lists….
