Two customer support calls on the same topic on the same morning is an excellent excuse for a first blog post! It seems that last week there may have been a Microsoft automatic update that caused the dimension values in some of our customer’s Inventor model sketches to become invisible like this:
An error message like this may also pop up when creating a new part;
The solution to this little conundrum is to increase the annotation scale size in Application options. A sensible size for this is 1.5.
And you should now be able to see your dimensions again.
