A lot of you users out there, when wanting to set up their licence for an ARKANCE/Cadline software, need to contact your internal IT/Administrator to do this for you.
It’s a lot easier to receive the email internally, which then adds you to the list of bona fide users. The reason it’s easier is that your internal IT system won’t filter out emails from our cloud server and see them as “hostile” and reject them – this means you don’t get set up as a user.....
However, we can still set licences and add users for you as part of a support request, but it’s essential your IT administrators “white list” the following domains so you receive the e mail and can be added to the licencing system.
They are.
cloud.cadline.co.uk
as-cadline-ukwest-cc-production.azurewebsites.net
And the important one below is the account that sends the cloud invite e mails
ArkanceUK.Cloud@cadlinedev.org.uk
Also, we get a large number of requests for password resets. We cannot do this for you, so you should use the reset password facility as for GDPR purposes we don’t have any records of any user password you initially set up. Of course this facility will only work if the above domains are “white listed” so it is essential your IT system talks to ours to make the licencing and e mail invite system work.
