Are your IEC libraries missing?
Have you only installed AB, ABB and ANIXSTER as manufacturers catalogues in the parts database?
Then you have installed AutoCAD Electrical without any configuration. Don’t worry, you don’t have to reinstall; simply change the existing installation.
To do this:
Select Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features
Highlight AutoCAD Electrical from the list of installed programs
Select 
Select Add or Remove Features
Select the Manufacturers parts information you wish to install
Select 
Select the Libraries you wish to install
select 
Select the AutoCAD options you wish to install. We’d recommend installing Express Tools
Select 
to update your product installation
