With the recent update to Revit 2021 a technology preview was introduced providing a more graphical way to locate content with options for different locales, search options and filtering.
This is currently in very early stages of development and is limited to only accessing the standard out of the box Revit libraries from the cloud. This is not configurable at the time of writing, but hopefully in future versions custom locations both on local networks and from cloud storage locations will be possible.
