When a new project is created, the user is faced with a dialogue box where project description information can be entered. As a default, the dialogue shows Line1 to 12 inclusive with an unlimited number of line values that can be defined. To ensure consistency of information on how this data is entered, the line values should be altered to match the descriptions the user wishes to see thus ensuring consistency in the way that users enter the data. The line values can be modified.
