It's that time of year again, Autodesk AutoCAD 2025 has now been released. We've gathered together some of the stand out new features for this new release below.

Activity Insights now lets us see detailed activities in the new panel. It also combines DWG History, so we can compare versions if stored in the cloud.
Markup Assist now lets you connect PDF markup files directly from Autodesk Docs.
2 new Smart Blocks features: Search and Convert, Object Detection Tech Preview. Search and Convert will look for matching geometry and convert to either a new or existing block.
Object Detection Tech Preview, uses machine learning to scan your drawing for objects that can be converted into blocks and groups similar instances.
Hatch can now be created without the need for boundaries. It can be drawn, with objects or shapes, even follow a path.
There are 5 new Esri maps that can be assigned when adding location information to a drawing:
