Question
If I open an AutoCAD Plant 3D 2012 model in Navisworks Simulate 2012, the graphics display only in wireframe. I cannot see any Plant properties, why?

Check out the Scene Statistics in Navisworks for issues. But the most likely problem is that the Plant 3D 2012 object enabler for Navisworks needs to be installed.
