Type PDFATTACH on the command bar to attach a PDF file to your drawing.
The ability to insert PDF files into AutoCAD drawings is restricted to the newer versions of AutoCAD.
If you are using an earlier version of AutoCAD (pre 2010), you should try to convert the PDF file to a JPG in order to attach."
