Brian Schanen from Autodesk has recently posted on his blog ‘Under the Hood’ some details about making sure your Vault is maintained correctly to ensure it stays healthy and performs well. I really do recommend taking a look at this this.
In particular, if you check the Autodesk Knowledge Base full details on doing this is published there for both Full Microsoft SQL versions and those using Microsoft SQL Express
