I have noticed quite a few Vault Users not realising that they can edit multiple ‘selected’ Vault properties on the fly. Although there are a few ways to edit properties in the Vault, a quick tip to help edit just selected ones from the Properties Grid can be done as follows: -
In the Vault Client, simply select the ‘drop down’ where it says EDIT PROPERTIES and select EDIT SELECTED PROPERTIES
Once you have done this, the Icon changes and you can select multiple PROPERTIES from the Grid and then pick on the Icon
This works great and saves you the hassle and time of adding property fields when you are in the Edit Properties dialog box.
