Using the “Fillet” command to create a “Fillet” between a “Circle and a “Circle” again depends greatly on the position picked in the “Circle” circumference, as shown in Figure 1.
Both circles remain complete and the “Fillet” is added as a separate object.
If the specified “Fillet Radius” is too small and cannot be created between the two selected objects, AutoCAD displays the following message in the command line, “No valid fillet with radius (numerical value)”.
Note: - To obtain the required results it’s always pick a point on the object closest to the location of the required “Fillet".
