Revit Quick Tip: Using Match Type Properties Revit
One of the best things about using Revit is the ability to quickly change different types of families using the Type selector drop down found in the type properties palette.
Using the Match Type Properties tool 
(MA) found in the Modify tab you can achieve the same result but much faster. Once you’ve selected the source object you wish to “Copy From” then select the elements to change, to speed up this process notice the Select Multiple 
option in the ribbon select this and then create a crossing window and you can then apply the changing all in one go.
