With Revit 2023, a very useful print sorting and ordering facility has been introduced. When printing out multiple views or sheets, a new print order sorting option is available and can be saved with a PDF export or print set. When create the view/sheet selection set, click on the print order button.
Users can choose between one of the following options, Browser Organisation. This will allow users to select an existing browser organisation to use for the selected views and sheets. Sheet Number (ascending) which will use ascending sheet numbers for the print order. Any views in the selection will be placed after the sheets in the print order. Manual Order, this will allow users to drag and drop view and sheets within the selection into any order as desired.
The revised order list can be saved to the named Revit print set which can be recalled and issued at any time.
