I am trying to convert an AutoCAD drawing to Microstation (DGN) format but don't see the seed file to set the units for the exported file.
Answer
Check the pathing options for AutoCAD, and check you have the various V7, V8 metric seed dgn templates on your drive. The are normally installed under;
c:\users\name\appdata\local\autodesk\autocad 20xx\rXX\enu\template..
