There is no method for checking who is logged into Vault, from the Vault client itself.
However you can analyse who has been logged in and out by looking at the File Store logs on the ADMS console (which is on the Vault server). There is a daily log created, which documents what is happening on the Vault server.
When a user logs in, they acquire a licence, when they log out, the licence is released.
