The Rebuild All is a handy tool to update a part for when the file is open. But imagine if you have to update numerous files. Opening each file to click Rebuild All would be tedious and time consuming.
You can automate this to run by using the Task Scheduler.
To do this, go to Create Task > Migrate Files … > choose the Project File, files and/or folder > choose when to start the process > click Options and tick “Total Rebuild” > OK > OK
If the files are saved in Vault, go to File > Log In to Vault > then repeat the process as above making sure that the Vault project is selected and “Migrate from Vault” is ticked
