Introduction
You can find the Tag All on the Annotation tab and the Tag ribbon.
To "tag all" in Revit, navigate to the "Annotate" tab, then click on the "Tag All" option within the "Tag" panel; this allows you to quickly add tags to all visible elements of a chosen category (like walls, doors, windows) within the current view, letting you select the specific tag type you want to apply to them.
Tag All Not Tagged dialog box.
This function can be useful, for example, when you place and tag rooms in a floor plan view, and you want to see tags for the same rooms in a reflected ceiling plan (RCP) view.
Note: The desired tag families must be loaded into the project before using the Tag All Not Tagged tool.
