It’s that time of year for those point release updates for many Autodesk products. Yesterday a big update was released which incorporates many improvements for Architecture, Structures and MEP.
A major new addition is the Twinmotion tool for Revit that enables Revit users to showcase their designs. For MEP users, improved Design and Fabrication placement, modification and routing tools. For Structures, enhancement to rebar and analytical component placement. All disciplines will also benefit from improvements to views, sheets and revisions, along with the inclusion of Dynamo 2.16 which features some additional useful nodes.
Over the coming weeks, I will post more on these enhancements in more detail.
The update can be accessed from the Autodesk Desktop App or the Autodesk Account Page

For a full list of fixes and enhancements visit Revit 2023’s knowledge base page.
When successfully applied the Revit version should report as, 23.1.1.24, 20221114_1515(x64), 2023.1 as per the about box in the image below.
