I cannot see any CTB plot styles, only STB plot styles are listed. Other drawings are seeing all available plot styles?

Your drawing was associated with STB styles. To resolve this issue type CONVERTPSTYLES in the command line. The dialog box will show up notifying you that your named plot styles will be removed and that the drawing converted from named plot style to Colour Dependent mode.
