When creating Corridor Surfaces sometimes the points used for defining the surface are incorrect:
This is because the assembly contains vertical faces and the surface doesn’t know whether to use the top or bottom point.
This can be solved in Corridor Properties under Surfaces tab and set the Overhang Correction to target top or bottom links. I used bottom links for my formation surface.
