Question:
Why don’t my attributes display correctly in my AutoCAD drawing?
Answer:
Check the ATTMODE system variable
Type in ‘ATTMODE’ <enter>
Setting a value of;
- 0 – Attribute display is supressed
- 1 – Will respect individual attribute display settings. Visible attributes will display, invisible will not
- 2 – All attributes will display regardless of settings
Setting the value to 1 should restore normal AutoCAD behaviour. This value is saved in the drawing so these issues will be document specific.
