Ok, so what I am about to say is applicable to plain AutoCAD 2015. I know that is unusual for me but we all still to use it now and again, once you have installed the latest service pack, available here, you then have the new cursorbadge system variable. Now, I am all for new functionality, however there are some things, in my opinion, that work just fine and should be left alone
The CURSORBADGE (System Variable) Controls the display of visual aide badges near the cursor.
- 1 = Turns off all new badges
- 2 = Turns on all badges (Default)
Be aware that the following other badges will also be disabled or enabled;
Selection – cross and window selection
Inspection
Deletion
Copy
Move
Rotate
Scale
Zoom
Add vertex
Convert to arc
Hatch inherit property
