I've been working on a fully parametric Staircase design, and I realised that the workflow that I was using was a bit too complex. My experience with Inventor is that if a workflow seems to be taking too long, that there is probably a more efficient way to do it.
My colleagues Kim Hyde and Scott Cunliffe offered me some alternative solutions to my problem. Scott showed me the hidden "Bend Tool" and suggested it as a solution to my problem, which significantly simplified my workflow.
