Using the “Fillet” command to create a curve with a constant radius between a “Line” and an “Arc” can give varying results, since it can depend on the location of the points picked on both the line and the arc, as shown in Figure 1.
The magenta triangle indicates the “Midpoint” of the “Line”, so depending on which side of the mid of the “Line” is selected will affect the resulting “Fillet”. Results can also vary depending on the size of the “Radius” specified.
Note: - To obtain the required results it’s always better to pick a point on the object closest to the location of the “Endpoints” of the location of the “Fillet” radius.
